Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularize the petitioners service as Full-Time Sweeper on the date of completion of 10 years of part time service from 25.3.1991 and to pay time scale of pay and other benefits payable w.e.f 25.3.2001 by counting the 50 percentage of part time service for the purpose of pension in the light of the order passed in W.A.(MD).93/2018 dt 27.3.2018 as confirmed by the apex court by dismissal of S.L.P.no.23960/2018 For Petitioner : Mr.R.Maheswaran For Respondent : Mr.S.Srimathy Special Government Pleader

It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with on 15.12.2020. Hence, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed as willful in nature.
