ORDER
The revision petitioner filed the suit in O.S.No.429 of 2017 before the I Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli, seeking the relief of permanent injunction. Her grievance is that even though the respondent / defendant has not filed any written statement, the matter is being unnecessarily adjourned from time to time. She has, therefore, filed the present civil revision petition for expeditious disposal of the said suit.
2. This Court is not aware of the work load of the Court below. Even then, the Court below will have to ensure that the respondent / defendant does not unnecessarily prolong the litigation. Therefore, the said suit is directed to be disposed of expeditiously.
3. This civil revision petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
