Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the Petitioner's representations dated 28.6.2016, which relates to granting of 4th Review Benefits and Pay Revision and Pension Revision, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.61, Transport(C) Department, dated 30.04.2015 and in terms of Settlement dated 22.01.2011 entered into under Section 12(3) of the Industrial Disputes Act. Though the prayer made in the Writ Petition is widely worded, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 28.06.2016, is directed to be disposed of by the Managing Director https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of the respondent-Transport Corporation, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.61, Transport(C) Department, dated 30.04.2015 and the settlement signed under Section 12(3) of the Industrial Disputes Act, dated 22.01.2011, within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the second respondent herein is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.6.2016, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.61, Transport (C)Department, dated 30.04.2015 and the settlement signed under Section 12(3) of the Industrial Disputes Act, dated 22.01.2011, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
