This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to take action against the concerned persons who are doing malpractices in the property of Arulmigu Sri Nindra Narayana Perumal Temple, situated at Thiruthangal Town, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.
3.The case of the petitioner is that the Mandagapadithars of the said Arulmigu Sri Nindra Narayana Perumal Temple have let the property of the said temple for rent and using the rental amount for their own purpose and they are also using the tank viz., Papanasa Theertham, which is situated in the said temple for fish cultivation. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation 22.12.2016 to the respondents to take action in this regard. Since no action has been taken by the respondents till date, the petitioner is before this Court, by filing the present writ petition.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that if reasonable time is granted to the respondents, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. 5.In view of the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
