This Petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for disobeying the orders of this Court passed W.P.(MD).No.433 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader on instructions would submit that as directed by this Court enquiry was conducted and an order was passed on 14.01.2026 and the order of this Court has been complied with.
