ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.203 of 2023 on the file of the 3rd respondent police to the 4th respondent

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that already investigation was completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and it is pending trial thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Since already investigation was completed and final report filed it is not appropriate to transfer the investigation at this stage.
