This petition has been filed seeking quashment of impugned Charge Sheet in Spl.S.C.No.62 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Thoothukudi. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that seeking quashment of Spl.S.C.62 of 2020 on the basis of the compromise already Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15908 of 2020 has been filed by the petitioner. The same was dismissed on 05.01.2021 by this Court stating that there is no reason to compromise the matter. On the very same ground this petition came to be filed through another Advocate. It is a clear abuse of process of Court. So this petition deserves to be dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
