ORDER
This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate and to file the final report in Crime No.355 of 2017 on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated as fixed by this Court.
2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3.Perused the materials placed on record.
4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.355 of 2017, within a month, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the defacto complainant.
