ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2017 seeking regularization of his service.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the prayer of the petitioner cannot be considered on the ground that there are no vacancies as claimed.

3. The statement of the learned Government Advocate is refuted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the vacancies are very much available. There cannot be any impediment for the regularization of the petitioner's service.

4. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2017, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
