It is seen from the records that the petitioner was working under the third respondent who is having a textile business. Subsequently, the petitioner has resigned and residing elsewhere. The third respondent seems to be harassing and threatening the petitioner and asking her to leave the matrimonial home and come to join in his work shop.

2.Nature of the allegations seems to be sexual harassment and is quite serious.

3.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the Inspector of Police, Pattukkottai, Thanjavur District, is directed to take the complaint immediately and call the third respondent for enquiry. If it is found that the allegations made by the petitioner is true and that the third respondent is also engaging in such activities with other ladies who are working under him, the Inspector of Police, Pattukkottai, Thanjavur District, is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to take action immediately in accordance with law. If the situation warrants, the Inspector of Police, Pattukkottai, Thanjavur District, is also directed to give police protection to the petitioner.
