ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No. Not known of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners.

CRL OP(MD).No.12589 of 2020 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report.
