ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.The learned counsel for writ petitioner, at the hearing abridged the prayer and submitted that it would suffice if there is a direction to the respondent Corporation to dispose of petitioner's revision petition, dated 25.04.2022, filed as against the order of rejection passed by the first respondent in the petitioner's appeal petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation, on instructions, submitted that the respondents would consider the revision petition, within a period of four weeks.

4.Since the revision petition is still pending, it would be appropriate to direct the respondents to dispose it of expeditiously, within the stipulated time. 5.In view of the above observations, there shall be a direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition, dated 25.04.2022, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
