This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to quash the first information report in Crime No.73 of 2025 pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Cr.No.73 of 2025 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed through E.Filing before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli. 3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Mere filing of final report through E-filing is not enough. It is the duty of the first respondent Police to ensure that the final report is taken on file.
