To prefer this memorandum of Second Appeal against the Judgment and decree dated 20.10.2017 in A.S.No.14 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Karur reversing the judgment and decree dated 09.09.2015 made in O.S.No.297 of 2011 on the file of Principal sub Court, Karur.

ORDER :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.VEL PRADEEP, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.AN.RAMANATHAN,Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to return the original sale deed i.e., Ex.A3 by replacing the certified web copy of the same.

2.The petitioners in this application are the respondents in the main Appeal. It is stated that the appellant and the respondents in the main Appeal have entered into a compromise. The appellant has no objections to return the original sale deed i.e., Ex.A3, which was filed before the Lower Court, to the respondents. 3.Post the Second Appeal on 05.08.2019, for recording the compromise.
