ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to issue allotment order / appointment order to the petitioner for the post of Junior Co-operative Auditor in the Department of Co-Operative Audit for Notification No.03/2022, dated 23.02.2022 in Combined Civil Services Examination - II (Interview Post / Non Interview Post)(Group - II services / Group - II A services) by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2024, with a consequential direction to the respondent to publish all the selected candidates rank and marks details for Notification No.03/2022, dated 23.02.2022 in Combined Civil Services Examination - II (Interview Post / Non Interview Post)(Group - II services / Group - II A services), within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.G.Sakthi Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Pannerselvam, learned counsel appearing for the respondent. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The petitioner has applied for the posts notified under the aforesaid notification under PSTM reservation. The petitioner scored 126.75 marks. The petitioner was also selected for the post of Junior Co-operative Auditor. The counseling date for certificate verification for the aforesaid non-interview posts was fixed on 14.06.2024. All of a sudden, on 12.06.2024, the petitioner was admitted in hospital, due to some serious health issues. He was discharged from the hospital only on 14.06.2024 at 07.00 pm. When the petitioner approached the respondent office on 15.06.2024, the respondent denied to provide counseling. Even though the petitioner sent an e-mail and also postal representation with regard to the same, there is no reply from the respondent. The respondent conducted counseling for the aforesaid post till 20.06.2024. Now, the post of Junior Co-operative Auditor is very much available under the communal roster. The candidates who have scored lesser marks than that of the 3/6
petitioner have got their appointment orders. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed seeking for the aforesaid relief.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even though the petitioner has not claimed as a matter of right, some relaxation for conducting a special counseling should be given.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent shall issue call letter to the petitioner for the counseling for the posts notified under the Notification No.03/2022, dated 23.02.2022 in Combined Civil Services Examination - II (Interview Post / Non Interview Post)(Group - II services / Group - II A services) within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by considering the health reasons, which prevented him from participating in the counseling and allow him to attend certificate verification, and consider him to accommodate against any available vacancy on merits and in accordance with law. 4/6
