ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking Police protection alleging that the private respondents herein are intimidating him. 2.The petitioner is a supplier of blue-metals to the respondents 3 to 5, who are having construction plant. The petitioner claims that the respondents 3 to 5 have not paid money for the materials supplied by him. According to the petitioner, there was a due of Rs.30,00,000/- from the respondents 3 to 5 and on 24.05.2025, when the petitioner demanded the amount due to him, the respondents 3 to 5 have intimidated him. Therefore, the petitioner filed the present petition seeking Police protection.

3.For this private affairs, Police protection cannot be granted. If the respondents 3 to 5 have committed any offence, it is always open to the petitioner to lodge a compliant and if any cognizable offence is made out, the second respondent Police shall register a case and proceed further. With this direction, this criminal original petition is closed. 09.06.2025 gns 2/4
