Common Prayer in Crl A(MD)Nos.360 and 346 of 2025;- Criminal Appeal filed under Section 14A(2) of the SC/ST(POA) Amendment Act,2015,to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed in Crl MP (MD)Nos.20 and 19 of 2025,dated 04.03.2025,on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge,Madurai and set aside the same as illegal and arbitrary and enlarge the appellant/accused No.4 and 2 and 3 in crime No.39 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent on bail by allowing the Appeal. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Jeyamohan , Advocate for the Petitioner and ofMr.K.Gnanasekaran , Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

This petition is filed to modify the condition which was imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A(MD)Nos.360 and 346 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025 2/5

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners are complying the condition regularly and also in view of the reasons cited by the petitioners in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified.

4. Accordingly, the condition No.32(iii) already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A(MD)Nos.360 and 346 of 2025, dated 09.04.2025, is hereby modified as follows: " The petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Melur Police Station, Melur, Madurai, twice in a month (i.e., on the 1st and 15th of every English Calender month) at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. If 1st and 15 day falls on a holiday, the petitioner shall appear before the above said Court on the next working day."

5. Other conditions shall hold good.
