Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.608 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 27.08.2018, the respondent police while on a patrol duty, near Annamparipatti Village, they found that the petitioner and other accused persons in this case were found in possession of 2.250 kgms of ganja. Hence, the complaint 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. For statistical purpose only, she has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that during the time of occurrence, the petitioner has fled away from the scene of occurrence. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Taking note of the serious allegation made against the

petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
