This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the second respondent to provide the Educational Loan Application Form to the petitioner and further direct the respondent to grant Educational Loan to the petitioner for a sum of Rs.4,17,000/-.
2. Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.Pala Ramasamy, learned Counsel takes notice for the second respondent.
3. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4. It is the case of the petitioner that he approached the second respondent Bank seeking educational loan to his daughter. But the second respondent Bank refused to sanction educational loan https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to him. Thereafter, he sent a representation to the respondents on 21.03.2017, seeking loan. Since there was no response from the respondents on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court.
5. Heard the learned Counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6.The learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent has submitted that the petitioner has not filed the required application form for sanctioning loan to him. He also submitted that as and when the petitioner file his loan application in a proper format, the same will be considered, on merits.

Under such circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the petitioner to submit a proper loan application form to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such filing, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as other interested parties, if any, within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
8. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
