The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a mandamus to the respondents to remove his name from the history sheet maintained on the file of the second respondent in H.S.No.269 of 2007. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner is having nine previous cases to his credit and he has also indulged in a criminal case in Cr.No.19 of 2023 pending on the file of the second respondent Police Station. 3.Considering the antecedents of the petitioner and that a case in Cr.No. 19 of 2023 is also pending as against him, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
