Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in relating to the proceeding Mu.Mu.No.62477/Sebi1/2/2009 dated 02.11.2017 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to regularize the service of the petitioner's deceased wife and to settle all the monetary benefits consequently to provide suitable compassionate appointment to the petitioner who is the legal heirs of the deceased government servant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition as neither any part of cause of action has arisen nor any of the respondents are having their office, within the territorial limits of jurisdiction of the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court as held by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of B.Stalin Vs. The Registrar, Supreme Court of India, reported in 2012

2.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the legal remedies before the competent forum with territorial jurisdiction in accordance with law. No costs.
