ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the tender that was issued by the respondents with respect to two shops owned by the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that two shops were not occupied even after issuance of tender.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and time that has elapsed from filing of this writ petition in the year 2020, nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
