O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2022 within stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that summons is going to be issued to the petitioner for making enquiry on the complaint given by him.

3. In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to enquire the petitioner's complaint dated 16.03.2022 by issuing summons to the petitioner as well as the counter parties, to dispose of the same within a period of 15 days from the date of appearance of the parties. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the petitioner is still aggrieved may workout his remedy through the appropriate proceedings.
