NO. 6802/2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 15702 of 2021, Dated. 19.05.2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.6202 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15702 of 2021 on 19.05.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. He would further submit that the petitioner is having 4 previous cases. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.6202 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15702 of 2021 on 19.05.2022 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Sunday at about 10.30 am., until further orders.
