respondents one to three to pay the arrears of subsidy to each of the Primary Agriculture Co-operative Society -Bank in Tamil Nadu, for the period from 2010-2011, 2011-2012, 2012-2013, 2013-2014 and 2014-2015, 2015-2016, plus the arrears of the last 5% in the last waver in the principal and the arrears of interest for that period including the current subsidy due and payable by the respondents one to three with interest at 9% per annum calculating the arrears for every month in future and paying the same in the succeeding English month itself then and there within the time to be fixed by this Court by considering the petitioner's Written representation dated 12.01.2016 by way of Resolutions and Demands and by otherwise also and to grant such other or further relief. [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks a direction for payment of the arrears of subsidy to each of the Primary Agriculture Co-operative Societies Banks in Tamil Nadu. He has already given a representation dated 12.01.2016 in this regard. 2.We direct the third and fourth respondents herein, to consider the said representation and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
