O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to furnish petitioner's last drawn pay certificate and service register to the 3rd respondent within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the 2nd respondent would furnish the last drawn pay certificate and service register of the petitioner to the third respondent within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the above submission, no further order is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. However, the respondents are expected to disburse the eligible amount, if the petitioner is entitled to, on or before 01st November 2018, if there are no other legal impediments to do so. No costs.
