ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.06.2022, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1-A) and 4(1)(g) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, on the file of the respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that the petitioner was detained under Act 14, as per the proceeding in P.D.No.86 of 2022, dated 17.07.2022.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
