Prayer in CRL OP(MD)No. 7572 of 2025:- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct direct the Judicial Magistrate Court, Nanguneri, Tirunelveli District to consider and dispose of the bail application to be filed by the petitioner on the same day of its filing on her surrender in connection with the case in Crime No.23 of 2024, on the file of the second respondent. ORDER:- This Criminal Misellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Ashok, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.S.

Abul Kalam Azad, Government Advocate(Criminal side)for the respondents,this Court made the following order: 1.This petiton is filed to amend the satisfaction court as the Special Court for dealing with SC/ST Act cases, Tirunelveli district instead of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Nanguneri. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the satisfaction court has been mistakenly mentioned in the petition in Crl.OP(MD) No.

dealing with SC/ST Act cases, Tirunelveli is the appropriate Court and therefore, he prays for allowing this petition. 3.Considering the relief sought for, this petition is ordered. The time to comply with the order dated 22.05.2025 in CrlOP(MD)No.7572 of 2025 is extended by two weeks from today.
