ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondent Police to take appropriate action by considering her complaint/representation dated 27.02.2024.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.02.2024, a case has been registered in Crime No. 159 of 2024 for the offence under Section 420 IPC.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. However, the respondent Police is directed to take necessary action as against the accused.
