When the matter was taken up in the first call, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, in order to provide one more opportunity to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the matter was passed over in the morning session and again, it was called at 2.15 p.m. Even then, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
