COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Order of the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.A1/6165/2017, Na.Ka.B1/6165/2017 and Na.Ka.B1/6165/2017 respectively dated 20.10.2017 and quash the same.

For R3 : Mr.Jegadeesh Pandiyan (In all Writ Petitions) COMMON ORDER After making elaborate arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners wants to withdraw the writ petitions and he also given a letter to that effect.
