COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Order of the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.A1/6165/2017, Na.Ka.B1/6165/2017 and Na.Ka.B1/6165/2017 respectively dated 20.10.2017 and quash the same.

For R3 : Mr.Jegadeesh Pandiyan (In all Writ Petitions) COMMON ORDER After making elaborate arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners wants to withdraw the writ petitions and he also given a letter to that effect. However, they seek some liberty to file a revision against the order dated 20.10.2017 passed by the second respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the writ petitions. However,
it is always open to the petitioners to challenge the said order in the manner known to law.
