ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to make a direct supervision of the investigation, proceeded with by third respondent in Crime No.113 of 2018, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2018.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the third respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the defacto complainant.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
