2.The learned Government advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, CSR.No. 148 of 2019 has been issued and after conducting enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 30.06.2019 and as on date, no case is pending against the petitioners herein.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
