ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act and Sections 20 and 30 of Arms Act, in Crime No.624 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The prosecution case is that the petitioner and other accused were found in illegal possession of 23.700 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.

3.It appears that this is the second application filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail. The earlier application filed by him in Crl.OP(MD)No.7777 of 2021 was dismissed by this Court on 15.06.2021. Without any change in circumstances, the petitioner has filed this application for anticipatory bail.
