ORDER

The petitioner seeks for disposal of his representation, dated 27.03.2016, wherein and whereby he seeks for cancellation of the registration of a document registered on 15.05.2016, alleging that two private individuals have forged certain documents and made such registration.

2.It is seen that the first respondent through his communication, dated 22.04.2016, directed the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that till this date, the second respondent has not conducted any enquiry. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.03.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, also by hearing the other necessary parties to such document.
