PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.124 of 2021 pending on the file of the third respondent police to the fourth respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2021 and 09.08.2021.

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime 1/3

No.124 of 2021 pending on the file of the third respondent police to the fourth respondent based on the petitioner's representations dated 28.06.2021 and 09.08.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and Final Report was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai, it was taken on file in PRC No.7 of 2021 on 01.09.2021.

3.Since the matter has been pending for committal, the petitioner has to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. At this stage, transfer of investigation may not arise.

4.With the above liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
