[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] This Writ petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus to direct respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachment made by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents five to fourteen in S.F.No.293 Poongudi lake and Vathiyar Kanmai at Poongudi Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 to R4 and the learned counsel appearing for respondents 6, 7, 11, 12 and 14. 3.The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachments made by the private respondents in Survey No.293 Poongudi lake and Vathiyar Kanmai at Poongudi Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

4.The writ petitioner had given a representation dated 21.11.2015 in this regard. But, till date no action has been taken. In fact, proceedings were earlier initiated for removal of the encroachments in question. This Court directs the third respondent to take follow up action. This exercise of removal of the encroachments shall be completed within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
