ORDER

This petition is filed seeking police protection on the basis of the representation dated 25.08.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based upon the representation made by this petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.469 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, both parties appeared before the Enquiry Officer and the private respondents herein, who are the parents of this petitioner, gave an undertaking to the effect that they will https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3.Since the representation of the petitioner has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction. If any trouble arises in future at the hands of the parents, the petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy through appropriate complaint. 4.With the aforesaid liberty, this petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
