ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this Court dated 03/03/2022 made in CRL OP(MD) No.4156 of 2022 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.Vishnu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Sakthikumar, Government Advocate on behalf of the first respondent(s), this Court made the following order:

This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to comply the order in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4156 of 2022, dated 03.03.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that this Court by order, dated 03.03.2022, directed the Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar to take cognizance on the final report submitted by the first respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. submitted that he filed a copy application before the Court below, which was returned on 28.07.2022 as FIR and final report has not been filed before the Court below.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that in this case, final report has already been filed, which was returned by the Court below on 28.07.2022, since the First Information Report copy is not produced along with FIR copy. Now getting certified copy from the Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar is pending.
