O R D E R

Though the present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to grant permission and protection to conduct Adal Padal Programme on 15.07.2019 at 7.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. in pursuant to the Aani Festival of Arulmigu Sri Mariamman, Kaliamman Periyakkandiyamman Temple, in Cheran Nagar, Palangauvery, Pettavaaithalai Village, Thiruvarangam Circle, Trichy District, today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that instead of 15.07.2019, permission may be granted to conduct the program on 16.07.2019 and hence, he prays for appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), who takes notice for the respondents, has no serious objection for the request now made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents seeking permission and Police protection to conduct Adal Padal Programme on 15.07.2019 at 7.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m and since the same was not considered sofar, he has filed the present Writ Petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
