2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi, and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.1365 of 2023 and the next hearing date is 21.08.2023.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the matter has become infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the outcome of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4
