ORDER

According to the petitioner, a lease was granted to the petitioner to run a district cable operator service by the first respondent Corporation in Ramanathapuram District. The allegation of the petitioner is that the respondents are taking coercive steps to terminate his lease without following due process of law and though there was an objection filed by the petitioner, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents 1 and 2 are likely to grant lease in favour of the third respondent.

2.Mr.Abdul Saleem, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the respondents already issued a show cause notice to the petitioner for which the petitioner has also sent his reply and therefore, the respondents 1 and 2 shall consider the reply and pass final orders.

3.In the above circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the objection filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)No.9716, 10738, and 12431 of 2016 are closed.
