ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.09.2018.

2. This Court passed an order on 12.07.2018, which is extracted hereunder:- "5.In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 27.06.2018 on its own merits and take further action in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of this order. Such an exercise shall be done after conducting enquiry and giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as to any other persons who may be interested in the subject matter."

3. Pursuant to the said order, the petitioner has given his objections to the third respondent. This Court has already directed the third respondent to take a decision, after calling the parties and afford them an opportunity. Now that the petitioner has already given his objections to the third respondent, the third respondent is expected to follow the direction given by this Court in W.P(MD) No.15098 of 2018.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction to the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner, dated 03.09.2018 and act in accordance with the direction given by this Court in W.P(MD)No.15098 of 2018. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
