ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 191 of 2022, for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 448 and 506(2) IPC, on the file of the first respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case in Crime No. 191 of 2022, was closed as 'mistake of fact', on 23.06.2022. In this regard, closure report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni. 2/4
