ORDER
A.Gopalakrishnan, presently serving as Assistant Training Officer in Industrial Training Institute(Women), Madurai, has been deputed for CTI Instructor Semester Pattern Training, from August 2015 at Central Training Institute, Guindy, Chennai, and getting his salary through the Principal of the Government Industrial Training Institute(Women), Madurai. While so, he has been transferred to Government Industrial Training Institute(Women), Dindigul, however, his family members are residing at Madurai and his children are also studying in the same place. In view of the sudden transfer, it is pleaded, the petitioner is not able to get his salary either at Madurai or Dindigul, since Tmt.A.Ranjana has joined in his place at Madurai, and he is also not paid with salary, therefore, he has given representations to the Director of Employment and Training, Chennai, on 23.06.2016 and 09.07.2016 respectively, explaining the above pathetic situation and requested for cancellation of the sudden transfer order, but till https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
date, no reply is forthcoming, hence, the petitioner has come to this Court, for a direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders on his representations dated 23.06.2016 and 09.07.2016, respectively. 2.Considering the limited relief sought for, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent/Director of Employment and Training, Guindy, Chennai, to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 23.06.2016 and 09.07.2016, respectively, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. No costs.
