(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the complaint filed by the petitioner, dated 09.08.2017, within a time frame.

2.Mr.C.Arul Vadivel @ Sekar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent-Commission had already taken cognizance of the complaint made by the petitioner, dated 09.08.2017 and the complaint has been numbered as SHRC.No.6703 of 2017 and also issued notice to the parties to appear before the Commission on 24.04.2018.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, Mr.K.Samidurai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the submissions of the respondent counsel may be recorded and the Writ Petition may be closed.

Commission is considering the complaint made by the petitioner, dated 09.08.2017, we do not find any reason to keep the Writ Petition pending. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
