Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.603 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli. The case is two years old and 1/3

the matrimonial proceedings deserve to be concluded fast. I am however reluctant to issue any direction, since I am not aware of the work load of the court below. The petitioner is said to have been employed in IT Industry. He states that non-conclusion of H.M.O.P is causing hindrance to his employment prospects. The petitioner can always request the presiding Judge to permit him to appear through VC or through counsel. Only in cases which are five years old, I will be inclined to issue direction by exercising jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
