Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.PRAGALATHAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4392 of 2021 dated 23.03.2021.
2. It appears that the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail as early as on 23.03.2021 and after a period of five months, this application has been filed for extension of time, stating that due to the pandemic situation, the petitioners could not arrange the sureties. CRL MP(MD) No.6523 of 2021 reasons assigned in the petition.
