ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.831 of 2018, on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on 15.10.2018, the petitioner attended his friend's family function and returned to his home, at about 04.30 am. The respondent police enquired him and only on the presumption manner, an FIR in Crime No.831 of 2018 had been registered. Due to the pendency of the said FIR, the petitioner could not get any Government job.
