2022 on the file of the respondent dated 22.07.2022, this petition has been filed.

2.The petitioner is the first accused in the FIR in Crime No.130 of 2022, which was registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC. Though the petitioner has filed this petition seeking quashment of the above said FIR, now the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if a direction is issued to complete the investigation as early as possible. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far nine witnesses have been examined in this case. Property has also been recovered in this case. Therefore, after completing the investigation the final report will be filed within a short period. 4.

In view of the submissions made on either side, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing the final report, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved by the contents of the final report.

5.With the above said liberty and directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
